We know that a school mosaic or mural is a big investment that will most likely require some fundraising to be done. We want to be able to help guide you with how much funding you'll need to apply for or plan to raise through your PTA events. Below are some guide prices. If you would like to discuss your ideas in more details or looking for something smaller or a different type of project then please do get in touch.
Direct Mosaics
Your school mosaic can either be created onto a board which will be displayed on your chosen wall and is a portable piece of art that can be moved should it need to be at a later date. Alternatively your mosaic can be created on fibreglass mesh which is cemented straight onto the wall and is a permanent feature. Just like this round mosaic.
Panelled Mosaics
The pixie mosaic is two metres by two metres made with four x 1m metre boards. These boards can be moved and displayed in different areas.
Costs
1m x 1m mosaic inclusive of design time, at least 1 day contact with the school community to contribute to the mosaic creation, and completion of the mosaic in my studio and delivery - From £750 + materials.
2m x 2m mosaic inclusive of design time, 2 days contact with the school community to contribute to the mosaic creation, and completion of the mosaic in my studio and delivery - From £1750 + materials.
